Shipping Policy

Orders are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Processing time
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, production may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@neatclub.co.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@neatclub.co and include photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
